Payment
Payment is due at each session and can be made through cash, check or, prior to the session, by IvyPay (to be set up when first using), or Zelle. Please use [email protected] to submit payment
Insurance
Insurance coverage may be available for out-of-network behavioral health. Please contact your insurance holder. I have a list of questions for you to ask your insurance holder, if that would be helpful. You can download this from my Forms page
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
