MAYA GEYER  listens to her clients’ whole experience as expressed through the body, words and energy.  Her intelligence and compassion nurture safe, therapeutic relationships. Humor and play are an integral part of the process.

Maya has trained and worked for over two decades to create a unique approach to whole-person healthcare. She was a clinical social worker on staff at the Park Slope Center for Mental Health for over 4 years, where she used supportive, psychodynamic, insight-oriented, and Gestalt-based techniques in her practice. for 10 years she continued her relationship with the school as adjunct faculty in its massage therapy program .
